NOCUPP assisted in hosting a neighborhood meeting with Dallas Police Chief Eddie Garcia at Tyler Street Methodist Church. With more than 70 residents in attendance, Chief Garcia addressed neighborhood concerns and interaction with the Dallas Police Department.
