What is NOCUPP?
Our Mission Statement:
NORTH OAK CLIFF UNITED POLICE PATROL (“NOCUPP”) is a community-based organization providing eligible subscribers (those living in one to four single family residences) in member neighborhoods with heightened police patrols by off duty Dallas police officers. NOCUPP is a volunteer-run organization committed to public safety through privately funded police patrols, community advocacy, and the analysis of crime trends in our serviced neighborhoods.
