Members of NOCUPP can contact us by calling the patrol officer mobile phone number (which we give out only to our members) or by emailing us.  

Please note the mobile phone is the only way to reach our officers for requests and vacation watches. The mobile phone is answered only when patrol officers are on duty, at other times please leave a message and they will return your call on their next shift. 

Email is the best to reach our board of neighborhood representatives about general membership inquiries or updates to your property information.
